Domestic Shipping - Australia
buite offers free standard shipping on orders over $200.
If an order needs to be changed or cancelled after being processed, or if you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via e-mail at customercare@buiteoutdoor.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.
All orders require two business days to process. We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders. Any orders placed to PO boxes or freight forwarders that are returned to our shipping facility will be cancelled & reimbursed.
If your order is being sent to a business address, please include the company name on the order as this makes it much easier for the carrier to deliver to the correct location.
As a safety precaution, if you are not available at the time of drop off the carrier will leave the package at your door if determined safe. If not deemed a safe drop option, the shipper will leave a note or try again the following day.
Delivery estimates are based on the five-day work week and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
International Shipping - Rest of the World
We do not currently offer international shipping, but we do aspire to be a global brand. If you are interested in a pair of hardloops, or any of our products, please mail us at customercare@buiteoutdoor.com and we will contact you to ensure we get you living outside of the lines as soon as possible
