To request a return please follow the below instructions.

As a new brand we appreciate all of your feedback so that we can continue to improve your experience with us. 

1.     Please email and provide your order number and the reason for your return.  

2.      We will then mail you instructions and a prepaid return label, which once printed, should be attached to the shoebox over the original shipping information.

3.      Peel the 3M tape from the shoebox flap.  Ensure it is firmly secured and drop off at your nearest AUS post outlet.

4.      If the product is unworn, and in sellable condition, we will process the return or refund within 2 – 3 business days
